About
The Mission will train a group of police officers in the North of the country on how to identify, register and investigate biased-motivated crimes, otherwise known as hate crimes.
As this is a relatively new field in Moldova, the training will focus on improving police officers’ ability to correctly establish a motive for such crimes. It will draw on international standards and OSCE commitments.
This training course will take place in Bălți and Cahul on the following dates:
- 13-14 June in Bălți and
- 15-16 June in Cahul
