Теоретический лицей им. Лучиана Благи в Тирасполе является одной из восьми школ с обучением на латинской графике в Приднестровье. Эти школы в настоящее время работают в условиях символической арендной платы, стандартизированных коммунальных платежей, также для учащихся и товаров действует механизм упрощенного пересечения внутренних контрольно-пропускных пунктов. Соответствующее соглашение было реализовано Кишиневом и Тирасполем в 2018 году в рамках процесса урегулирования.
