Liceul teoretic Lucian Blaga de la Tiraspol este unul din cele opt școli cu predare în grafie latină din Transnistria. Aceste școli funcționează având cheltuieli simbolice pentru chiria spațiilor, tarife standarde la servicii comunale, dar și un mecanism simplificat de trecere a elevilor și de aprovizionare prin punctele interne de trecere. Acordul în acest sens a fost implementat în 2018 de Chișinăul și Tiraspolul în cadrul procesului de reglementare.
