About
The OSCE Mission to Moldova and its partner, the NGONGO
non-governmental organization Institute for Penal Reform, will gather deans and professors of nine law faculties, relevant state authorities, NGOs representatives, law students and paralegals from Balti, Cahul, Chisinau and Comrat for a discussion on legal aid in Moldova. In particular, participants will focus on the mechanisms which allow law students to provide primary legal aid under the auspices of law faculties and local NGOs as outlined in current legislation.
The Mission’s partner will also present the results of the OSCE-supported project on Human rights empowerment through primary legal aid by community resources for 2015-2016.
