About
A three-day debate training event will be organized for some 35 high school students and their teachers. The OSCE is gathering talented participants from Balti, Cahul, Ciadir-Lunga, Comrat, Vulcanesti and Transdniestria. This training event aims to enhance civic participation skills to enable national minority youth to actively take part in local and national democratic processes.
It is part of a one-year project implemented jointly by the OSCE Mission to Moldova and the Comrat-based NGONGO
non-governmental organization Piligrim-Demo.
