The training which will bring together 50 students from both banks of Dniestr/Nistru River aims to enhance skills in managing negotiation processes through lectures, exercises, discussions, simulations, debriefings, conducted by Dr. Sami Faltas from Groningen University and Erik Sportel from CESS/Groningen University.
