In a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration and Moldovan Chief Negotiator Gheorghe Balan, Ambassador Meier-Klodt highlighted the importance of resuming 1+1 meetings of the chief negotiators, in addition to the 5+2 talks and meetings of the expert working groups, in order to achieve tangible improvements in the daily lives of people on both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River, Chisinau, 15 February 2016.
