On 15-17 July, the OSCE Mission to Moldova will hold a Summer School for lawyers from both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River.
Participants will learn about the legal definition of discrimination and how to identify discriminatory practices. They will also be introduced to the latest trends in case law of the European Court of Human Rights related to discrimination and the work of Moldova’s Equality Council.
This event is part of a year-long project that facilitates the exchange of experiences among lawyers from both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River.
