About
The OSCE Mission to Moldova, in partnership with the Moldovan Ministry of Justice, will host a roundtable meeting on “New regulations in the field of combating crimes motivated by prejudice, contempt or hatred”. The event will gather representatives of government, civil society and international organizations.
Participants will discuss recent draft amendments to the Moldovan criminal and contravention codes relating to bias-motivated offences. During the event, an OSCE/ODIHR Opinion of 15 March 2016 on the draft law will be presented.
