An understanding on the CSCECSCE
Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe Mission to Moldova's activity in the Transdniestrian region of the Republic of Moldova took effect through an exchange of letters between the Head of Mission and the Transdniestrian leader. The Mission opened a branch office in the left-bank city of Tiraspol on 13 February 1995.
