About
Participants will discuss how increasing women's participation in politics and economics can help to overcome the economic crisis, as well as benefit politics. The challenges faced by women's associations and how the media can make a bigger impact in promoting women will also be discussed.
National and international experts, representatives of political parties, the Central Election Commission, academics, NGOs including women's associations, the media and international organizations have been invited.
The roundtable is part of the OSCE Mission to Moldova's anti-trafficking and gender programme.
