Franz-Lothar Altmann, Associate Professor at the Bucharest State University and Editor-in-chief of the quarterly Osteuropa-Wirtschaft, will deliver a lecture on ‘Kosovo, an Unfinished State: The Status Quo and Some Lessons Learnt’. The lecture is part of the OSCE Mission to Moldova's Public Lectures programme.
