About
This second roundtable meeting on judicial independence in Moldova will focus on questions related to the system of performance evaluation of judges, and the criteria and procedures for disciplinary proceedings. It will also examine the status of the implementation of the conclusions drawn at the roundtable discussion on the Kyiv Recommendations on Judicial Independence, held by the OSCE Mission to Moldova and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, on 27-28 October 2010.
