The publication “Violence in the Family in the Republic of Moldova. Judicial practice and national and European normative acts” has been compiled by the OSCE Mission to Moldova in partnership with NGONGO
non-governmental organization “Honour and Rights of Contemporary Women” from Balti and Causeni Law Centre. It is intended for the use of legal professionals responsible for examining cases of domestic violence. It contains the national legislation on preventing and combating domestic violence, along with the European Convention and its Explanatory Commentary on preventing and combating domestic violence, and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights against the Republic of Moldova on cases of domestic violence. The publication is available in Romanian only.
